The mini course is online only, so you can access it whenever, wherever for convenience. Watch the videos on a train commute to work, when you get 20 minutes spare at the weekend, even on holiday by the pool!

Each video is an average of about 15-25 minutes, giving a total of 3 hours 20 minutes. But it is entirely self-paced, so this can be spread out as much as you want. You get lifetime access, so you can re-watch as much as you need (plus videos will get updated as & when new research evidence comes out).

My mission is to help as many horses as possible to be in less pain, because it IS treatable. I get fed up of seeing so many equines being managed in the most unhelpful ways for their long-term health. So I just want the culture to change. I wanted to create a resource that will help do that.

That means making it accessible to ALL owners, regardless of circumstance.

You're getting the knowledge and experience of someone in a double profession; one profession including extensive experience running and managing group classes for Osteoarthritis, in the evidence-based world of human healthcare. The second profession in the Equine/Veterinary world, with experience treating many horses and ponies with the condition.

This mini course is designed to be easily broken down into bitesize chunks. So you can watch each video separately, over weeks, or 2 or 3 at a time; however works best for you & your schedule.

No prior knowledge needed! In fact, I need you to keep an open mind, as there may be information and ideas that are different to what you've heard before or how you manage your horse.

It's all about improving their welfare, so please leave egos at the door and be prepared to challenge your thought processes.

Short answer is no. The videos should be watched in order, as it is imperative to understand the biological process of osteoarthritis before making any decisions on treatment/management.

The reason I created this mini course is because people often go straight for supplements, or steroid injections, before considering other ways to help their horse.

I don't want you to spend money unnecessarily on products, when your horse could feel much better by spending a little more effort on their day to day management.

The supplements video (like all topics) is an overview of the actions and evidence for each one but will not tell you which to buy, so you can make your own decision.
